The PVGP looks forward to celebrating our 43rd year in 2025 by partying SouthSide Style for our annual Tune-Up as we prepare for the races and car show just a few days later.

Hundreds of cars will gather for a fabulous car show, featuring race cars, exotics, antiques, and show cars, at this exciting street festival in the streets surrounding SHOP 412 and the SouthSide Works Town Square.

Many thanks to Merrill, Bank of America and Porsche Pittsburgh for their tremendous support.

We are looking forward to another great evening on the South Side!

Cost & Registration

Registration closes on Monday, July 14, at noon. No entries will be allowed after that, and you can not pay at the event.

Participation in this year’s Tune-Up Party is still just $50. You get a reserved parking spot within the Automotive Showcase on the streets of the SouthSide Works. Two drink coupons for the driver, redeemable at one of the drink stations, are included. You can also register any guests for $20 each to receive two complimentary drink coupons. There are plenty of great places to Eat & Drink in Town Square. The PVGP will also have drink trucks available. The Altered Egos will perform in the plaza before the Cheesecake Factory.

Registration can only be completed through the Vivenu online portal below; there is no day-of registration. After registering and paying online, please bring a printed receipt or display it on your mobile device to gain entry. Your receipt will contain a QR code that can be scanned upon entry to facilitate a quick and touchless process. We strongly encourage you to pre-register now – the event typically sells out, and no day-of entries are available.

Directions and Entry Information

  • To simplify the entry process, please be prepared to display the QR code on your receipt. This code is valid for your entry only and is non-transferable.
  • Registrants should enter the event at S. Water Street and Tunnel Boulevard, near the Hot Metal Bridge, and proceed to 28th Street; exceptions are noted below. Other streets will be blocked off at various locations, and the barriers will remain in place.  Once you arrive at the designated entry, volunteers will gladly direct you to a parking spot. Exception groups. Cars and Coffee Members should use the 26th Street and Tunnel Boulevard entrance ONLY. These guidelines are in place for quick and efficient parking. Please abide by them accordingly.
  • Cars may begin arriving at 5:00 PM & should be in place by 6:00 PM. Early arrivals will NOT be accommodated as we have a small window to block the streets and allow entry.  We cannot have cars blocking the city streets before 5 pm.
  • Once your car is in place, please proceed toward the Hofbrauhaus to retrieve your registration packet. The desk will be at 27th Street and Tunnel Street.  Your packet will include your placard (if pre-registered), the drink tickets for the number of people you indicated would be in your car at registration (2 per paid guest), and a decal.  The drink tickets are valid for “special PVGP drinks” at the drink trucks located throughout the area.
  • To minimize on-site transactions, there is no need to purchase additional drink tickets for the event. You can buy additional beverages from the various drink trucks as described above.
