Tent, Table & Chair Rental
All Occasions Party Rental is the Official Tent sponsor of the PVGP. Due to our insurance requirements and Schenley Park Golf Course restrictions (potential damage to course and underground sprinkler lines) all tents must be secured through the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix and All Occasions Party Rental. Permits with City of Pittsburgh are included in the costs below. A one time cost of $50 will also be charged to each organization for delivery and tent permit with City of Pittsburgh.
Costs will be billed to sponsor or club through All Occasions Party Rental. Sales tax is not included and will be added.
All Occasions Party Rental can also help you with linens, decorations, lighting, catering and any special needs. Please call them directly at 724-745-1500 to book your party. NOTE: You must be an official sponsor, vendor or car club partner of the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix to have a tent on the golf course or in Schenley Park. All tents must be secured and approved through the PVGP.
Individual prices below will be billed to the sponsor by All Occasions Party Rental, plus an additional charge of $50.00 to cover the tent permit with the City of Pittsburgh and delivery/pick-up. All tents are put up under the direction and supervision of the PVGP on Thursday, August 1 and Friday, August 2. You may not have access to your tent until late Friday afternoon, please consult with PVGP for specific times and locations. The City of Pittsburgh tent permit cost is included, but PA sales tax is not included. Tables and chairs are delivered to your tent, but are not set-up.
