A Race Where Everybody Wins

On December 2, 2024, the staff and residents of Merakey Allegheny Valley School appeared with the check resulting from the 2024 Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix. Our mission is to produce a world-class vintage automotive event to raise funds to help provide residential care, treatment and support for individuals with autism and intellectual/developmental disabilities in the western PA region. Because of the generous support and contributions from our partners and attendees, and the dedication of our volunteers, we have been fortunate enough to donate over $7 million to charity since 1983.

Charity Ambassadors

The Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix Association began choosing charity ambassadors in 2005 to share the human stories behind our mission. These remarkable individuals join us at events throughout the year—from the Blacktie Gala to the Opening Ceremony Parade—helping the public see the real lives touched by every contribution. Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, thousands of people have experienced life-changing support, and our ambassadors give that impact a face, a voice, and a powerful reminder of why the PVGP matters.
