Without our incredible volunteers, the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix would never get off the starting line. Volunteers are the driving force behind our event. We thank them with a trackside dinner and party on Saturday night of each race weekend. Thanks to Helltown Beer and Mazza Wine for supplying complimentary refreshments.

Saturday, July 12, 2025 – Pitt Race

Held inside the Conference Center at the top of the hill at Pittsburgh International Race Complex in conjunction with the Driver party. Free beer and dinner for all volunteers!

The party starts at 5:00 PM, roughly 15 minutes after our races are completed and our volunteers can get to the Conference Center. We welcome them with cold Helltown Beer and a buffet dinner served starting at 6:00 p.m.

Saturday, July 19, 2025 – Schenley Park

Each year, we throw a party in the park for our volunteers and drivers. Soon after the last checkered flag of the day is dropped we open the taps of cold Helltown Beer and follow that up with a buffet dinner. The party is shifting to the Vietnam Veterans Pavilion – a trackside city building that is beside the haybale chicane on the Boulevard of the Allies. This is within walking distance for many of the corner stations for the new Schenley Oval. Volunteers can aklso park at the pavilion or on the cold track. All PVGP volunteers are welcome, party starts 30 minutes after the track goes cold.
