The Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix wrapped up its 2024 event this past Sunday, August 4, with vintage races through the streets of Schenley Park. It was the culmination of 10 days of races, car shows and parties, all to benefit charity.

The 42nd PVGP was spectacular, starting with the GT40 Reunion at Pitt Race on July 26-28 and ending with our vintage races in Schenley Park. Vintage Indy and Ragtime Racers were a great addition to our race groups.

MINI was our Marque of the Year and was present at every event, featured at the International Car Show and served as the Official Pace Car. Many thanks to MINI of Pittsburgh and Vince Longo’s MINI Track Rides team.

PVGP Executive Director Dan DelBianco summarized the Race Weekend in Schenley Park: ‘I am so grateful to everyone who made this event possible. It takes an incredible amount of planning and coordination to stage 10 separate events over 10 days, including two brand-new events at Phipps Conservatory and the Frick Fine Arts Library. I’m extremely proud of the herculean efforts our volunteer team puts forth to stage a world-class event to raise funds for charity. My sincere thanks to our racers, car show participants, sponsors, the City of Pittsburgh and all the fans who attended ten straight days of events.’
