Allegheny County Cruise Series Continues Today at Hartwood Acres
The Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix is proud to sponsor Allegheny County’s Summer Car Cruise Series, bringing automotive enthusiasts together in county parks while introducing new audiences to the PVGP and its charitable mission.
The series includes four events: May 17 at Settlers Cabin Park, June 21 at Hartwood Acres, July 26 at Boyce Park and September 7 at Deer Lakes Park.
Tomorrow’s cruise at Hartwood Acres runs from 2:00 to 7:00 p.m. and welcomes vehicles of all makes and models for an afternoon of cars, conversation, family fun, and community.
By sponsoring these Allegheny County cruises, the PVGP extends its reach beyond race weekend, helping introduce new enthusiasts to the Grand Prix, its volunteers, and its mission of supporting individuals with autism and intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Join us tomorrow at Hartwood Acres and experience the spirit of the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix.

About The Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix
The Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix is the nation’s only vintage street race and one of the most celebrated events of its kind worldwide. Each summer, a full Race Week of car shows, parties, parades, and motorsport events builds toward our signature vintage races through Schenley Park – the only vintage races in the country still run on public roads. Founded in 1983, the PVGP remains driven by its core mission: to stage a world-class vintage automotive event that raises essential funds for residential care, treatment, and support for individuals with autism and intellectual disabilities in western Pennsylvania, and has donated over $7 million to date.
Accolades for the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix continue to grow. Classic Motorsports Magazine recently honored the PVGP as a winner in its inaugural 2025 Editors’ Choice Awards. This distinction adds to the event’s expanding international recognition, including its second consecutive nomination as a finalist for “Motorsport Event of the Year” by the International Historic Motoring Awards.
