For more than four decades, the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix has celebrated automotive history, heritage, and racing tradition. In 2026, PVGP is adding an exciting new chapter with the debut of The Enthusiast Grid—a fresh new concept designed to welcome a broader automotive audience to Schenley Park Race Weekend, July 18–19.

Set on the Schenley Park Golf Course, The Enthusiast Grid creates a dedicated showcase for modern automotive passion and the creativity shaping today’s car culture. While PVGP has long been known for vintage racing, classic marques, and historic automobiles, this new display opens the gates to enthusiasts whose passion lives in custom builds, modified performance cars, imports, trucks, fabrication, tuning, and emerging automotive trends.
From JDM icons and rally builds to sleeper swaps, stance cars, time-attack machines, lowriders, drag cars, and show trucks, The Enthusiast Grid is built around one simple idea: every car has a story. There are no restrictions by make, model, or year- just a shared passion for creativity, craftsmanship, and individuality.
More than a display, this area is designed as an experience. Enthusiasts, clubs, influencers, fabricators, and automotive professionals will come together in a space built for connection and energy. A hospitality tent, gaming experiences, racing simulators, and nearby food and beverage options make The Enthusiast Grid a destination where participants and guests can spend the day immersed in a different side of Race Weekend.
Set against the backdrop of the nation’s only remaining vintage street race and a massive car show, The Enthusiast Grid bridges PVGP’s rich heritage with the next generation of automotive enthusiasm. It is more than a new show – it is an invitation to new builders, new fans, and a new community to experience the PVGP in a whole new way.
Leading the charge is Dave Krepley and his dedicated team, whose passion and vision are helping launch an exciting new chapter for the PVGP. The Enthusiast Grid is designed to welcome all who share a love for automotive culture, creativity, and community. We hope you’ll join us, and if you’d like to get involved, bring your vehicle, or simply learn more. Dave is always happy to connect.
