We can’t think of a better, or faster, way for Santa to deliver Christmas presents than in a vintage red MG – the signature car of the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix! As our 35th year draws to a close, it’s time to reflect on our success and give thanks to our volunteers, sponsors and partners – you are all remarkable!
More than 1,000 volunteers make the Grand Prix possible with dozens of committees meeting throughout the year to plan and continuously improve all aspects of our event. Your dedication and hard work is inspirational. Our sponsors are a driving force as their support allows the PVGP to put on a grand show.
Our presenting sponsor, the Greater Pittsburgh Automobile Dealers Foundation, works with their dealer members to help showcase the Grand Prix and we are most grateful. We also want to thank all of the participants – and there are lots of them, from racers to car show participants to the guests at our many parties.
We stage this world-class vintage race event to raise funds for the Autism Society of Pittsburgh and Allegheny Valley School. We hope that you can join us at the Auto Show’s “Dancing with the Cars” event on Thursday, February 15 when we present the year-end check to our charities. Wishing you all peace and joy this holiday season!
